We at the The Property Sourcers think that Investing in property is a good idea and here’s why. Vicki has an example of what her and her family did with their financial resources at hand. They took some equity, via a mortgage out of a family owned property and re-invested that money into 7 rental properties in the north west of England. These properties now pay for the mortgage on the original house, plus costs on all 7 rental properties plus providing surplus cash/income on a monthly basis. Not a bad strategy, eh-That’s a regular monthly income after all bills have been paid and all created by using the banks money!
