Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies (recipe in description)
How to make Chocolate Chips cookies out of coconut flour. Here is the recipe: Ingredients 1/2 cup melted Organic Butter 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract 4 Organic eggs 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup (real stuff only) 1 cup coconut flour (Red Mill is what I used) 1/4 teaspoon of salt 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips How-To Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with a parchment paper. In a mixer at medium low speed, mix the butter, vanilla extract, eggs and almond milk and maple syrup together. after its mixed well add the coconut flour and salt together. Mix until ingredients are in the consistency of typical cookie dough. Mix the chocolate chips. Make the dough into 24 balls about the size of a golf ball. Place balls on cookie sheets a dozen on each and then flat
